We would like to report that the XM Fax Cloud Canadian platform just experienced a service disruption that lasted a few minutes.
During this service disruption, users were not able to login and queuing of new outbound faxes resulted in errors. Reception of inbound faxes was unaffected, though their delivery outside of the platform was delayed.
The problem has been resolved quickly after the first alerts and everything is operating normally now.
