Issue with the primary node of the XM Fax Cloud US platform

Hello,

We are investigating an issue with the primary node of the XM Fax Cloud US platform. We have performed a transparent failover and service continues operating from our secondary node.

All settings and archive faxes are present on the secondary node (transparent to users). If faxes were queued for delivery on the primary node, they will be processed when the node comes back online.
