Problem accessing the XMedius Cloud platform (resolved)

We would like to acknowledge that there has been an unplanned outage of approximately 10 minutes during the software update that was scheduled for tonight on all 3 XMedius Cloud service regions.

The issue has been addressed and further actions will be taken to avoid the condition that lead to this situation.
