This is to inform you that the fax service upgrade on the US platform is still in progress -- data migration procedures have been taking a lot longer than expected.
As such, the service is still running from the secondary site, which has the same channel capacity as the primary site, and, as such, we are not expecting any impact on service delivery.
We will not rush the upgrade and testing process to return to the primary site as we want to make sure everything is operating properly before the fail back. We are expecting to return to finish the process around noon (EDT).
