The impacted carrier is still working on this issue.
Please note that when we made the first announcement about 90 minutes ago, we also reconfigured the affected DIDs so that they are delivered to us from another point of presence of this carrier. The affected DIDs have been stable since then.
Once we get confirmation from our carrier that the issue is resolved on their side, we will switch traffic back to the original configuration.
