Outbound Fax Delivery Delays in the US - resolved

Team XMedius -


The issue reported earlier has been resolved more than an hour ago and carrier service has been stable since then at our primary datacenter location. We have performed a transparent failback and are continuing the investigation of what happened earlier with the affected carrier.

It is to be noted that all the faxes that were in queue while the issue was happening have been automatically retried.
