We would like to report and acknowledge an issue that occurred earlier today with the web interfaces (including the web service APIs) of the XM Fax solution on the US platform.
Some users might have observed intermittent access as early as 10am EST, but the major service impact occurred around 10h52 EST. We completed a service failover to our secondary platform at 11h08. We failed back to our primary datacenter at 11h49 after taking actions to stabilize the service.
We are investigating the source of the issue and are immediately taking preventive actions by adding monitoring on some of the elements that have been observed since this morning.
