This is to report that we are analyzing an issue that occurred a few minutes ago where one of our Canadian telco providers was unreachable for about 20 minutes. This issue has been addressed and traffic is back to normal.
For customers with an account on the US platform (xmedius.com), the issue had an impact on:
- All the Canadian DIDs (inbound fax numbers)
- All outbound faxing to Canadian numbers
For customers with an account on the CA platform (xmedius.ca), the issue had an impact on:
- A small percentage of Canadian DIDs (inbound fax numbers)
We are further investigating the root cause of the issue with the provider.
