We would like to report that the web access (including the use of the web service APIs) to the US fax platform has been unstable this afternoon. We had to perform a few transparent failovers to the secondary datacenter. Users may have observed "503 service unavailable" errors during a few minutes.
We have taken some action to address the situation and believe that service stability is back to normal. As such, we have performed a complete failback to the primary datacenter. We are keeping a close watch on the service and are investigating the root cause of the issue.
