We would like to acknowledge that the primary site of the XM Fax US platform (faxus1.xmedius.com) just had an internet connection issue that lasted a few minutes.
The problem went away as we were preparing to engage the failover procedure. As such, we decided to remain to the primary site and keep an active eye on the connectivity -- everything seems stable for now.
We are investigating the root cause of the issue.
