Connectivity issue at primary site of the XM Fax US service - update #2

Team XMedius -

The issue with the internet connection at our primary US site is linked to a defective equipment on one path of a redundant link. Our provider has removed that route earlier today so that all traffic is routed through one gateway.

Even though the connection has been stable since then, we decided to remain in failover mode to our secondary datacenter, as everything has been running fine from that location.

We will failback to the primary datacenter once we get a confirmation from our ISP that everything is operating normally. We are not planning to send other communication until the failback is completed.
