Rendering of PDF and HTML files was broken on the fax service of both US and CA platforms.
This lasted between 7:50PM and 10:55PM (eastern time) for the US platform, and between 8:05PM and 11:05PM (eastern time) for the CA platform.
The issue has now been addressed. Faxes failed with error code 1302 and can be resubmitted.
We will be reviewing the root cause of the issue and why it was not detected faster.
