We have had a few reports of a broken navigation toolbar in the XM Fax client and admin interfaces. The issue is related to yesterday’s platform upgrade and has to do with cache control in browsers. For most users, it will fix by itself over time, but the quick fix is to force a full refresh of the page (i.e. CTRL-F5 in most browsers).
We will be looking at the implementation of a more robust solution for the cache control of the navigation toolbar.
