Issues accessing the XM Cloud services on the Canadian platform

Earlier today (around 11:00, eastern time), a DNS issue on the XMedius Cloud Canadian platform may have prevented access to the cloud management portal and SendSecure service.

Depending on your DNS cache, the issue may not have been observed or may have lasted up to 10 minutes.
