The MFP Printing Tool for XM Fax Cloud allows incoming faxes from the XM Fax Cloud solution to be directly printed on site without having to use an external cloud printing service.

Minimum Requirements

Fax Solution

  • An XMedius Cloud account – with the XM Fax service enabled – is required.


  • Any TCP/IP based device (basic or multifunction printer) of any brand that can be reached through your network.

Application's Host

  • Any x86 desktop with Windows 7+ or Windows Server 2012 R2+
  • .NET Framework 4.6.1+
  • Must be able to access a folder location that can be used as a remote folder destination by XM Fax Cloud
  • Must be able to reach printers through the network

Installation & Configuration

First Installation

To install the application:

  1. Decompress the ZIP file that you downloaded using the link provided in this page.
  2. Simply run the setup.exe file and follow the instructions.


To configure your environment to print faxes via the MFP Printing Tool for XM Fax Cloud:


The following instructions only apply when you need to upgrade the application from a previous installed version.

  1. Uninstall your current version of the MFP Printing Tool for XM Fax Cloud (using Windows uninstaller).
  2. Install the new version of the application, following the steps as on First Installation
    Note: The previous configuration and applied license will be preserved.
