Earlier today (around noon, eastern time), some XM SendSecure customers of the US platform may have experienced issues accessing the service. The service became unavailable for a short moment and was restored within 5 minutes.
We would also like to report that the Captcha functionality used for Secure Links on both the US and EU platforms was not working, this has been addressed.
