Throughout this week, the XMedius Cloud team will be making changes to the underlying network infrastructure for the portion of its platform that is hosted on Amazon Web Services. This applies to all service regions (US, CA, EU).
More particularly, the changes will affect the Account Management Portal, the Login Service and the XM SendSecure service. The changes will not affect the network infrastructure behind the XM Fax service.
The network changes are done to increase the platform’s security; they will enhance our capability at controlling traffic and will improve our intrusion monitoring functionality.
The modifications have been successfully implemented on our integration and staging environments. The production deployment will be done in a way where no downtime is necessary and where each part is individually tested before receiving production traffic.
