Web portal performance issue on US platform - resolved

Team XMedius -

Performance of the web portal on the XMedius Cloud US platform is back to normal. No issue has been observed for over 50 minutes.

The interaction to a backend database seemed unstable and we had to failover to other hardware.

We are sorry to the inconvenience this may have caused.
