The XMedius Cloud team will perform a maintenance and install minor software updates to its Fax platform on the US (xmedius.com), EU (xmedius.eu) and CA (xmedius.ca) platforms.
These updates don't require any downtime and a transparent failover will be done over to our secondary datacenters.
At any point during or after the maintenance, if you experience difficulties to access the service via your web browser, close it and try to reconnect. If the problem persists, contact us immediately.
