We would like to report that the link with our primary fax US carrier on our US platform (xmedius.com) was down for about 10 minutes.
This did not impact inbound faxes as they were received on our secondary datacenter and merged back to the primary datacenter fax history.
As for outbound faxing, most transactions are still in queue due to retry policies.
We are working with our telco provider to understand the root cause of the issue.
