Canadian fax numbers not working for accounts hosted on the US platform (

We would like to inform you that fax service to Canadian numbers (in and out) for customer accounts hosted on our US platform ( has been unstable for the last hour or so. The service now seems restored and stable, and we are working with our telco provider to understand the root cause.
