[Resolved] Email delivery issue for Account Management Portal and SendSecure service on the US and CA platforms

Team XMedius -

The previously announced email delivery issue that affects the XMedius Cloud Management portal and SendSecure services on the US and CA platforms has been addressed about 45 minutes ago. We have been monitoring since then and no issue has been found.

All the emails that were blocked between 10:30 and 12:45 Eastern Time were resent.
