Please note that we have observed an intermittent issue with the access to the fax web portal of the US platform (xmedius.com) between 11h45 and 12h05 (Eastern Time). Other means of faxing were not affected by this issue and no fax transaction where lost during this incident.
The problem has now been resolved and we are investigating the root cause of the issue.
