Internet outage on primary European datacenter

Team XMedius -

We lost internet connectivity at our primary European datacenter. Service has been redirected to our secondary datacenter transparently.

 

New fax traffic will be delivered to the secondary datacenter, but the ongoing fax traffic that was being sent/received at the primary location will only be delivered once internet connectivity returns.

 

We are working with our provider to re-establish connection as soon as possible.
