We got reports from some customers about an unusual high failure rate for outbound faxes. Investigations revealed that the problems were limited to the UK region (+44) and that they began on Friday March 11 around 2:30AM (EST).
On March 15 at 3:30PM (EST), we rerouted traffic and everything seems back to normal. We will monitor this specific traffic more closely while working with our telecom providers to identify the source of the issue on the first route.
