During the maintenance window, we will do a business continuity test, where we will simulate a total failure of our primary data center. The service will be immediately transferred to the secondary data center, but there may be a small period of 2-5 minutes where you may not be able to use the service. However, our systems will continue to receive your faxes and will deliver them without any interruption.
As a reminder, it is important that if you made special firewall rules to allow traffic from our primary datacenter that you also white list our secondary data center IP address (220.127.116.11).
After the maintenance, if you experience any difficulties to access the service via your web browser, simply close your browser and reconnect. If the problem persists, contact us immediately at +1 (855) 867-5065.
