At 4:13am on Friday 2012-11-09, one of the core process went down on both replicas of the system. During this time, it was impossible to send and receive faxes, as well as to access existing faxes. The processes were restarted at 6:37am, which brought back the total functionality of the service.
Our development team is analyzing the issue and corrective actions will be taken as soon as we find the source.
