Maintenance on Thursday 2017-10-05 between 8:30PM and 11:00PM Eastern Time [platforms: US, EU and CA]

Team XMedius -

The XMedius Cloud Team will deploy software updates that will impact its Management Portal, Fax service and Sendsecure service on the US (xmedius.com), EU (xmedius.eu) and CA (xmedius.ca) platforms.

 

This maintenance includes a downtime of up to 10 minutes (per platform). During the downtime, systems will continue sending & receiving faxes, but access through web interfaces, web services and client applications (like SendFAX, MFD connectors, SendSecure for Outlook) will be temporarily denied. Existing web sessions will be reset, which might affect ongoing file transfers.

 

At any point during or after the maintenance, if you experience difficulties to access the service via your web browser, close it and try to reconnect. If the problem persists, contact us immediately.
