The XMedius Cloud Team will perform infrastructure updates that will affect its Management Portal, Fax service and Sendsecure service on the Canadian platform
During the maintenance, service will continue operating normally, with the exception of a short period of up to 5 minutes. During that period, systems will continue sending/receiving faxes, but access through web interfaces and thick clients (like SendFAX and MFD connectors) will be denied.
Note: This is the same maintenance that was scheduled for 2017-09-21 for both the US and CA platforms. The maintenance was completed for the US, but skipped for the CA platform.
At any point during or after the maintenance, if you experience difficulties to access the service via your web browser, try to close it and reconnect. If the problem persists, contact us immediately.
