The previously announced issue on the US platform has been fixed.
After analysis, the failover to our secondary datacenter did not, in fact, address the issue.
During the issue period, our service refused some incoming calls (the sender knows that the fax was not transmitted).
We are not back to our primary datacenter and will perform an analysis to prevent such situation from happening again
