The XMedius Cloud Team will perform software updates on its Management Portal and SendSecure service on the US, EU and CA platforms.
During the maintenance window, there will be a 10 to 15 minutes downtime period on each platform.
During the downtime, users will not be able to login to the platform (for both the Fax and SendSecure Services).
Fax Specific Impacts:
- During the downtime, the queuing of new Outbound faxes will be momentarily refused. However, already outgoing outbound faxes will continue sending.
- During the downtime, we will continue receiving Inbound faxes and will deliver them after the downtime period.
SendSecure Specific Impacts:
- During the downtime, SendSecure will be unavailable
- After the downtime period, you might temporarily not be able to download attachments within previously existing SafeBoxes. This should not last more than a few minutes.
At any point during or after the maintenance period, if you experience difficulties accessing the service via your web browser, try to close it and reconnect. If the problem persists, contact us immediately.
