The AWS S3 outage is also affecting the reception of emails through our support platform

Please be advised that the AWS S3 outage in the US East region is affecting the reception of emails on our support service, Zendesk.

 

You can still create tickets through the web portal at https://support.xmedius.com (cloud) and https://support.xmediusfax.com (on-premises).

 

The email notifications sent by the support platform are still working.
