The XMedius Cloud Team will perform software updates on its Management Portal and Fax platform for both the US and EU regions.
During the maintenance, service will continue operating normally, with the exception of a short period of 2 to 3 minutes where the web portal will be unreachable. During that period, fax transmissions will continue normally.
At any point during or after the maintenance, if you experience difficulties to access the service via your web browser, try to close it and reconnect. If the problem persists, contact us immediately.
