After analysis, the previously reported fax delivery issue to France numbers is in fact affecting both our European platform (xmedius.eu) and American platform (xmedius.com).
The problem occurs if you are sending to a France number (+33) and when your from number (outbound fax number) is NOT a France number, including when your from number is not set (user account using "Main Enterprise Fax Number" which has not be configured by the Administrator).
Some measures have been put in place on our side to attenuate the situation. The traffic to France numbers seems stable now.
We will continue working with our telecom providers to understand why this change occurred on their side.
